Notes on How to Stop Hairfall

Following are some tips which I found while searching on how to stop the hairfall:

Some Do’s and Don’ts for day to day life:

  • Avoid over the head hot water bath cause heat is bad for hair
  • Don’t use hair product with Sodium Laurel Sulphate cause Sulphate is known to cause hairfall
  • Avoid brushing wet hair cause it leads to breaking of hair
  • Manage Stress cause body sheds hair if we are too stressed out

Three main causes of Hairloss and ways to fix it:

  1. Blood circulation in scalp area is low. Fix: Exercise. Massage hair (not to vigoursly) 3-4 times a week with Mustard, Coconut or Almond Oil.
  2. Increase in DHT causes hairfall and baldness which is cause of hairfall in 90% of men. Fix: Fenugreek seeds, Almonds, Banana, Tomato, Carrots, Mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, watermelon, walnuts, peanuts, spinach, mangoes, coriander etc.
  3. Poor Nutritions causes body to loose hair. Fix:
    • Hairs are made out of protein. So have healthy proteins such as Kidney Beans, Chickpea, Black Chana, Lentils, Paneer, Chicken, Fish.
    • Healthy Fats: Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts, Walnuts, Flaxseeds
    • Iron: Green Leafy Vegetables: Spinach, Cauliflower
    • Vitamine C: Amla, Orange, Lemon, Capsicum
