1. Phool Makhane/Makhane/Lotus Seeds/Fox Nuts Combined with roasted peanuts – They are high in minerals and are a major source of carbohydrates also, they are rich in protein.

2. Bhuna Chana/Roasted Chickpeas Combined with roasted peanuts – Majorly, a source of complex carbohydrates but also have some amount of protein.

3. Fruits & Nuts – A piece of fruit might not be enough to fill your tummy. However, combing it with nuts makes it not only balanced but also satiating.

4. Banana Peanut Butter Roti – Well balanced, tasty and healthy.
